Don't Isolate Yourself. You Could Become Demonized!
by minimus inmy mom told me that the sept. 15th watchtower is made just for her.
i don't know the name of the article but she said the watchtower was counseling us on how we must not isolate ourselves, grow disenchanted with jehovah and his people and stop attending meetings faithfully.
the article quotes job 4:12-17 where eliphaz has a vision and is really a false comforter to job.

I was bullied from 7th grade and up. I was overweight (fat) long very blonde hair, smart. and a JW. I was horrible in gym class. OMG did I get it in gym class. I hated that class. When I took a shower, I would have to hold on to my towel. Or it would disappear. etc................. I went to a mostly black neighborhood school. I couldn't walk down the hall, without my hair being pulled or yanked!! Going to my locker was no picnic. Having it slammed at least a couple of times on me, at each visit was the norm. I hated going to school. I didn't talk to my parents, as they would just ask what I did to them, to make the bullies do something to me. Good little JW's.
Sorry. To my real story. 9th grade. Mid December. One of the biggest baddest female bullies was headed towards me as I walked home. I was looking around for a place to run. My heart was beating faster. I knew I was fixing to get it. Nobody around. She was getting closer, mean look on her face.
When she was about 4 feet from me, we were both slowed down, I smiled real big and said Merry Christmas!!!!! You should have seen the look on her face. She said it back to me, and walked on. I lived. She was still a bully after that, but less of one. HL

my shoulder has been killing me for a good reason.
i saw an orthopedic doctor and he said he thought the problem was actually from my neck and not my shoulder.

Dimples; I'm thinking of you. Tell us when your surgery is. My husband had back surgery last year. He was very scared. After it was over, he took his pain meds. A little too often I thought. So I made him start writing it down how many and how often. After 6 days, I saw that he was taking 2, as directed, it said 1 or 2. I asked him about it. He said he didn't want to hurt. He had been high on drugs for 6 days, how did he know he was in pain? I told him thats how Rush Limbough got addicted to drugs. He never took another pill, and he realized he didn't have any pain either. LOL
If you will have to wear a HALO on your head, please PM me. My mother had to wear a halo, and a patient of mine gave me some pointers, you may need to know about. HL

Trouble for Richie?

thankfully, i had to get to work, and mom wasn't feeling great.
we said today wasn't good.. so basiccally he said that he and another brother want to meet with us on wednsday night, after the tms, to "see how things are going".. so here's quandry:.

the po called and told all us that jehovah would not let the place blow up while meeting was going on so meeting was still going to be held and he asked all of us brothers to call and inform the congregation that jehovah will protect us and to tell the congregation about an article of a hurricane that destroyed a town but jumped over the kingdom hall.

I didn't know JW;s were this way. Is this everywhere? God gave us a brain. We invented Radar and sirens to help us with tornados. God is rolling his eyes at the elders and people who go into harms way. This is just stupid.
I would really like to know, if JW's think that Jehovah watches over them. I don't remember ever thinking that, or hearing that. Maybe since I had a piss-poor childhood, I wasn't exposed to a good idea. Not that I would have ever believed it. NO one was watching over me! HL
